Personality
Rita is a very upcoming person, who thinks she must be the strongest at what she does. This is because she was born in a clan of ninjas, where she has risen to the strongest female at her year level. She has an upcoming thinking women are more dominant then men in strength and isn’t the typical damsel in distress; in fact, she hates to be one.

She has a trait to get angry at meek and timid people who think they’re weak; she thinks no matter the gender, they can become strong. However, she does put herself on top of others and will forever try her hardest to win, to prove she’s strong. She has love fantasies with people who are her senpai’s during her ninja training.

History
Rita has lived her live through a village in the surrounded by forests, hidden deep to avoid conflict with others. She has trained for entire life to get strong, her mother died protecting Rita right after being born, to the point that she was even walking after she had died. Rita’s father fled from the area and Rita had to grow up in the forest for a few years. When she found her way back to the village; her father was deemed a hero. Men were the more superior of the village, which angered Rita.

Rita met a man called Loheart, who took her in to train her, to make her stronger. Which was her dream. She had travelled with the man, as well as a few other colleagues. He had risen to the top of the village, her father had disappeared on a mission and she didn’t know what happened. She tried to scout for information on why her father was considered a hero, but no one told her. This angered her, causing her to flee. Loheart at the same time, was considered an outcast… Loheart had collected every outcast of the village, which included Rita and left to Everlast Magic School…

Effect: Rita grabs out her katana, specializing in channeling her ki to cut anything that isn't human. Even though it's called 'Anti-Demon', it works on spirits, ghosts and such as well. Only effective on things that have a body made out of magic or their body uses magic to regenerate themselves.

I had a quick look, and it looks like you have to reduce you ranks by two, cause at the moment you have 12/10. And I also think that your two flurry attacks need to be limited by rank. Like, number of strikes = rank*3. This is for balancing purposes. Otherwise it's ok :3.

You don't need a forumla for everything... And I'm against it for the flurry technique.

You need (10/10) next to techniques when you reduce the skill ranks by 2.

But yeah, say how much hits you can do using the attack once; I'd say about six at that rank and with your speed. Maybe even eight.
