Joshua did not realize what Aliidan was doing until it was too late to do anything. He heard her falling and promptly turned around to see what happened.

"Clumsy girl..." Joshua thought as he walked over to help her. "Need a hand?" Joshua offered her help to get up.

It wasn't long after that that he heard the mercenary turn to Aliidan and ask her what to do next. Joshua just sighed at what he just did.

"It seems that the mercenary was oblivious to what just happened to her and by what I can tell she doesn't like what he is doing... Whether it's the way he decided to handle the brute or the fact that he is an illusionist, I have no idea. Still, she doesn't seem too fond of what he is doing and he has no idea. On the other hand, if he doesn't get a response soon enough, that brute doesn't seem to be the kind of guy to just take punishment without payback..." Joshua's thoughts were ongoing but he wasn't sure which was worse, the fact that the mercenary was oblivious to the person he is trying to help or that he turned his attention away from the enemy.

Kreydis takes another blade from his belt and slams it into the brutes neck. Grumbling about getting blood on his blades he slides them out and wipes them down on the shirt of the brute. Sighing he walks over to Aliidan and Joshua. "that... was a waste of time..." he says poking his sides.

Aliidan was lying on her back, her eyes unfocused after hitting her head. She accepted Joshua's offer of aid though she was still wobbly. "My head hurts. It really freaking hurts right now..." Aliidan said meekly, rubbing her head gingerly.
(feel free to do whatever with the brute,I can't come up with anything interesting)

Joshua wasn't paying attention to the Mercenary when he walked over. "Is you're head bleeding?" He asked Aliidan as he made sure she didn't fall over again.

"For being such an acclaimed 'powerful sorceress' she doesn't seem very bright..." Joshua thought.

He decided that even if there was blood it would be better to start moving. Standing here was now pointless he started to slowly walk and somewhat expected Aliidan to follow.
