lol I wish William, they could! That would be an awsome battle. Maybe they should make a legendary pokemon that can manipulate the energies used to evolve and temporarily evolve or de-evolve pokemon in mid battle. xD |

Lol Kairu! Make that 4!! But If I got that correct, then I think JK meant no legendaries for trainers who want to challenge Gyms/Brains into battle. xD Dunno though.
