Physical Description: Ryuga stands at the imposing height of six feet but despite his cold appearance and strong armed body, Ryuga is nothing but a lost and quiet soul on the simple path of redemption. Ryuga’s body can be described as fit and muscular but not buff or stocky- he is thin but not skinny, muscular but not massive. His eyes are a shade of icy grey that fit nicely with his snow white hair which he keeps cut neatly and spiked in the top. His skin is a an almost ghostly pale appearing as if he rarely goes outside however this is just his natural skin tone, His grey ice are said to pierce into people with cold intensity- he bears the facial outlook of somebody who has seen and done much…as well as suffered in a short period of time. His snow white hair is due in part to his magical powers own influence as well as his parentage- the light often reflects off his hair giving it sheen almost like white gold.

Clothing: Ryuga prefers comfortable but still mobile clothing forgoing chauvinistic robes and a flamboyant appearance his attire consists of a simple open white trench coat with blue wings on its back that appear to glimmer in the light when in all reality its just the materiel. Under the trench coat he wears a loose but form fitting white collard shirt along with a pair of dark leather pants and a simple pair of leather traveling boots. His clothing is meant to be stylish, comfortable, but still practical and not too flashy.
Accessories: Ryuga carries only several personal items on him at a time, He wears a silver belt buckle in the shape of a growling wolf carved into it a blue jewel resting in the wolf’s jaws. Around his neck he wears a snowflake pendant that shimmers in the sunlight and when a small amount of magic is pushed through it, the snowflake glows with a soft light.
Extra: Ryuga bears only one scar that spans from the bottom of his right ear down his jaw line. The scar was acquired during a bout with an animal spirit. He also bears a single tattoo of a frozen moon on his left shoulder blade- the tattoo is the mark of his chosen class- The Disciples.

Personality: -Troubled Youth-
Ryuga’s past is soaked in discontent and tragedy, having seen and experienced the loss of the only people he ever cared about striked down by his own powers has caused Ryuga to become an isolated individual with a loner mentality. He prefers to go where he believes he can gain more knowledge- letting the wind and the whispers of knowledge carry him to the arcane secrets of the world. Ryuga isn’t above working with others and he always enjoys company to a degree- Ryuga is smart enough to know when divided they fall and together they stand. Despite a troubled past Ryuga can be a friendly individual…a little slow to warm up to at first he can prove a valuable ally to any team.

Ryuga’s powers are his curse and also his blessing- enabling him to survive in a scary and dangerous world. Having lost control of his powers and causing the destruction of all he held dear Ryuga seeks the secrets to control the Ice magic within himself. Ryuga has dedicated himself to intense study and intense meditation in order to control the powers within him.

Ryuga doesn’t relish the idea of violence but is never afraid to defend himself against those who would stand against him whether they are light or dark mages. Ryuga stands firm in his convictions of order and the natural order of things (Himself being an almost elemental like being) thus he has a keen disliking for dark mages however he isn’t above fighting light mages if they stand in his goals of control. Ryuga’s powers require intense focus and discipline however whenever he does lose control of his emotions his powers have a tendency to let loose- becoming explosively unpredictable. However- his powers even when uncontrolled are still limited by Ryuga’s human body and can’t be fully expressed unless he trains himself further in his own abilities.
History:Humble Beginnings~
Ryuga’s family lived in a village to the far north not located on most maps the village was known as “Asgard”. Ryuga was born to his mother and father as a happy normal child and lived a normal childhood up until his 4th birthday where the first signs of his magical ability began to show itself. Ryuga was playing outside on a frozen over lake the ice cracked under his weight however and he fell into the freezing water. However much to his mothers surprise he didn’t freeze to death. The water to him wasn’t a freezing death but rather a home.
The Wolves Blessing~
Now at the maturing age of 10 it was the tradition of Ryuga’s people he get his first kill. Ryuga traveled to a frozen wood with his father and they camped beneath a full moon. That night Ryuga dreamt of the moon’s comforting light bathing him, It was now that he learned of the first hints of his true nature- a white wolf spirit appeared before Ryuga and guided him away from the camp and towards a lost temple. Ryuga entered the temple with doubt and followed the spirit to a chamber bathed in moonlight the air filled with an icy sting. The wolf spirit imparted upon him then a blessing, a crescent moon tattoo on his left shoulder blade and knowledge of the magical world and the powers within himself. Ryuga awoke the next morning believing everything had been simply a dream…until he discovered the crescent moon on his shoulder.
The Quickening~
Ryuga aged 14 was now slowly becoming aware of the powers within himself and there positional. However at this age he saw them merely as a toy and a means to better himself… His family and his village were still completely unaware of his gifts however and did not become aware of them until a week later on Ryuga’s 15th birthday. The entire village had assembled as custom and celebrated… It wasn’t however until much later did the festivities cease when the news that Ryuga’s mother had become deathly ill. Ryuga and most of the village rushed to his home only to see his mother’s final moments…His father informs Ryuga and his mother had been sick for a long time and that she died peacefully. Ryuga filled with rage…sadness and discontent his whole body surged with power and…it consumed everything. Ryuga’s powers spiraled out of control and froze everybody around him completely solid as well as a quarter of the village, Ryuga cried over his mothers dead and frozen body alone and lost in his frozen world.
The Hunt Begins- 1 year later Ryuga had left his home long ago and traveled south towards civilization determined to find somebody who could teach him how to control the great power locked inside of him. Ryuga traveled to the great cities and studied in the massive libraries for hours on end absorbing all of the knowledge he could about magic, its inner workings and the ice elementals before him. Ryuga however had become cold…he worked for whoever would take him, doing mercenary jobs and whatever small work he could find that kept food in his belly. Ryuga trained and worked his mind, body and soul determined to become strong enough to control the powers within him. He now travels the world seeking knowledge and acceptance in a world that fears him and is wary of his very existence.

Fundamental Strength- Being an Ice Elemental Ryuga controls one of the most versatile of elements able to utilize ice for offense or defense- even mobility in some cases.
Fundamental Weakness- Ice is however incredibly weak to fire…and in order to maintain it he must exert more magic energy to sustain it against the flames. Also water most be present either nearby or in the air to generate ice for whatever purpose Ryuga needs it for.
Weaponry/Equipment: Ryuga carries a rather interesting blade he himself has named- Fenrir- shaped in the form of a katana and similar in dimensions to that of a feudal samurai. The sword however enables Ryuga to channel his powers through it- not directly though he only uses the blade as a catalyst, an example being passing a small bit of his magic energy into the blade to turn it a thick and as cold as ice enabling it to hit harder and be more durable. The guard on the sword is silver and the wrapping along the handle is blue and white. He carries Fenrir on his belt in a white scabbard with a silver wolf head on the very bottom of it.
Crystal Focusing Gauntlets- A pair of silver and white gauntlets with wolf’s heads carved into the undersides of them, each gauntlet bearing a large blue Jem built into each one. The gems were acquired through a cave temple in the Ostia Region where Ryuga then constructed the gauntlets to help him better focus and control his magic- the gauntlets also provide a (+1) strength stat boost.

Swordplay- Having trained for 2 years with his trusty katana Fenrir Ryuga has become an accomplished swordsmen. Ryuga is no swords master but is able to fight on par with any higher level novices he may encounter.
Intellectual- Ryuga can often be found with his nose in a book studying on whatever the magical world has to offer and thus has a decent range of knowledge regarding the things around him.

Incantation: Let snow fall
Range: Anything within 7 meters of Ryuga
Effect: Ryuga releases his own magical energy and turns the water vapor in the air a frigid cold slowing down the particles around him. This creates a sort of distortion field around him that can slow his opponents by one second enabling him to dodge. The effect of this technique drains him as he must continuously tap into his own magical energy to keep the field going and does not affect stronger opponents then Ryuga if any.
(Frost Shards) - (2)
Type: Offensive
Incantation: Sting and freeze my foes
Range: 10-15 meters
Effect: Ryuga draws in the water particles around him and turns them into ice. He then condenses the particles and controls them, once critical mass has been achieved he opens his palms towards his opponent sending a barrage of 5 frozen shards about half a meter in size towards his opponent. The shards then freeze upon impact coating the ground or whatever they touch in ice though not completely.

Effect: Utilizing his blade Ryuga coats his sword in ice particles and then freezes them coating Fenrir in a fine icy sharp covering. Fenrir glows neon blue before Ryuga swings outward with it releasing a powerful ice ‘wave’ like attack that goes out in a wide arc freezing anything on impact. It is said that the last thing people hear before being frozen is a wolf’s howl.

Offensive Range- 15-20 Meters, Defensive Range- 5 meters
Effect:
Offensive- Ryuga coats Fenrir once more with frozen energy and then stabs it into the ground. Ryuga pushes all of the water particles in the air towards a single spot and condenses them right at the point where his blade entered the ground. The energy is then released once the incantation is finished exploding outward consuming the ground in a icy tidal wave consuming the ground and filling the air with icy particles for Ryuga’s use. The ice wave in this technique if his opponent is trapped in it becomes frozen up to there waist with consuming ice.
Defensive- Ryuga coats his blade in the frost energy just in the way of his offensive and charges the energy back to a single point. However instead of releasing it outward in a surge of icy power he turns it inward towards Fenrir once released. Ryuga’s whole form glows neon blue and a lotus like seal appears beneath him creating a very powerful distortion field (similar to that of his first technique) that can only be held for several seconds.
