I find that if I just save up ideas and try and write them in chronological order that I just lose interest in them. Try going through those interesting parts of the characters life, the noteworthy parts, and then you can decide the chronology.

This technically can't happen? Team A or whatever has literally no members. Jess, Kagami, Emi are all dead and NPC's are kind of useless now that Jess her teacher is dead. It's not like she'd hang out with random people just because her teacher knew them...

Doesn't matter. Once she kills them, they will be moved to the inactive section meaning she can't use them.
