Black Lightning emerges from his arms when magic is focused in them. It does a decent amount of static damage and is tied in with many attacks used. It may disorient enemies when struck. It can be manipulated into different techniques.

He wants it as a discipline. IRP it's mostly just a basis for his techniques and story arcs. What do you think Will?

It fits. I think it's fine, I mean, it's just an add on to his personal character/magic, so it's all good.
