The blowing fire from the shoulder acts as a power-up for shooting the arrow created with fire to give it a further reach. The arrow can break rock if you're close to the rock. Fell Flames - (5) Type: Offensive Incantation: Flamma ex divum, surculus procul meus hostilis! Range: 10 meters Effect: A fire cloud is created above the enemy that rains fire needles.
