| No, Asuna (possibly) is his Aunt, because She and Arika are sister's, unless the Princess of Dusk doesnt age. |

| From the fact that Arika is a princess, Asuna is a princess of the same family Vesperatatia, Arika was around Nagi's age, if not a little older (16-18) and there only child is negi born in there late 20's besides Asuna was around 20 years ago during the war. So either there sisters or Asuna is ancient. |

Asuna has the rare Magic Cancel ability, which only belongs to people of the Vesperatatia family and occurs in one princess. |

If Asuna is really really old, they genetic similarities would be minimal, if there were any at all.
Everyone on this earth is at least 15th cousins with everyone else, but there's enough genetic variability that its not inbreeding
