Personality: Still a kid at heart, Oberon never really grew up. He acts like he's still in school (since he kinda is as the Elemental Magics teacher). He enjoys just being one of the kids, but does not hesitate to get strict when he has to, such as dealing with a bully or cheater in class or handling a threat to his students.

Appearance: Here's the base pic, to get an idea of what he looks like. Some slight modification will be made on the tail and the clothes, so be aware of that.

Biography/History: Born to a family of mages. He was the seventh son of a seventh and so great things were always expected of him. He was sent off to magic school a year earlier than most other kids, but flunked out (purposely, mind you). When he went again the year after, he made sure to only do the bare minimum to pass his classes, except magic, which he excelled at without meaning to. At graduation, he was assigned to be a teacher at the academy, which he complained about for a while, until he figured out that he enjoyed it.

Description: After activating the spell, when Oberon touches someone else article of clothing or weapon, the item freezes and shatters.

Description: Fires blots of ice at opponent. Number can be increased
Incantation: # (1=unus; 2=duos; etc.) + Spiritus Glacies

Skills:

Name: Extraho Mutatio (Dragon Transformation)
Description: Makes Oberon's body more dragon-like. His horns grow and scales form on his skin. His nails become claws and his teeth get sharper. He also grows ridges down his back. His muscles and reflexes all get enhanced, as does his speed.
Weakness: The strain on his body increases each time he uses this skill. His horns grow slightly each time and so does his tail. This increases the chances of being caught as a mage when he visits the "Old World."

Dragon Race, you get the Dragon Spirit Possession ability

It's a custom class (I think), so if he wants the skill, it would be up to him.

Actually its just the race thing, so you can do whatever you want with the Possession ability

Yes, but Bridgette isn't defintely half-dragon. It's her wood ability, it's the name of the spell/attack, she said something about her abilities in her fight with Haruna, Chisame and Nodoka.

But she had the horns and tail and all before she used the transformation and so did the princess lady (name escapes me). I figured it was a Species Trait like Kotarou's Wolf Transformation

Her ability is The Barrier Dimension considering all the other ministra have a tribe ability and a pactio.

Shirabe:Wood Tribe (By her Wood Possession ability)
-Has wood like growths on her head
Homura: Fire Tribe (By her Maximum Blase Power ability)
when activating her power, he hair catches fire
Tamaki: Dragon Tribe (By her Dragon Race Transformation ability)
-has horns growing from her head
Koyomi: Beast Tribe (By her Beast Race transformation ability)
-Has cat ears on her head

Kotarou is Half-Demon, which is basically the same....
