Illa Lora, last of the Guardians of Bosporus, stared out the hospital window. Fully half of the corps had turned against their fellow guardians... And in the midst of it all, Manya, publicly known as the Exile, had returned... It had been she that had tipped the scale in the loyalist's favor... But only Illa and Manya survived. Illa because she had been put in a hospital early on and Manya because she had no qualms killing the traitors. And now Illa waited.

Being a guardian was hard work... Being an exile was even harder. Manya wasn't exactly happy about the 'reunion' she had with them. Considering that the traitors had escaped and she and Illa apparently were the only ones left, that is if she hadn’t died of her wounds in the hospital. She hadn’t seen her old friend for quite a while and it seemed today she would really get a chance to catch up. Walking through the pristine white halls of the hospital, the red-haired girl ignored the glances she got from that tattoo of hers, people knew what it was and knew what she had done, a whole squad had been massacred and it was all her fault. But there was no time to dwell on that now, quietly she entered her friends room. ”Hey… uh… how’re you holdin’ up?” she asked, closing the door behind her.

Illa turned away from the window and looked at Manya... She looked healthy, which Illa took as a good sign. "Sessha is healing up nicely... Sessha thinks. The Doctors are speaking very little to Sessha... How about you?" She said, holding out a bandaged hand and gesturing for Manya to come closer.

As expected, Manya was without wounds. She had a knack for managing to avoid injury. After all, she was taught one of the most dangerous forms of fighting by the Guardians in her time amoung them. "I'm fine..." a lie of course, she had seen some of her oldest friends die to those traitors. It wasn't like she could put them to justice now.

Illa shook her head firmly, catching on to the lie at once.
"You are a poor Liar, Manya. Sessha knows you are not "Fine", this great betrayal has affected you worse than you wish to admit, even to yourself." Illa said before coughing lightly. "It is always hard to lose ones companions, more so when one has not seen them in a long time. Sessha will not claim to know your pain, for Sessha does not." Illa said as she sank back onto the bed, her strength draining. "Is there anything you wish to know? Sessha will provide, to the best of my abilities." Illa said, looking at Manya with interest.

"Stop calling yourself that" She would command, despite being in no position to do so. It annoyed her slightly, and she wasn't in the best of moods to begin with. "Why did they do it?" she asked, crossing her arms. Though she knew for a fact that whatever it was, the guardians who weren't involved had no idea what was going to happen, so she doubted Illa knew either. But it couldn't hurt to ask at least; maybe she could get some names and fix this herself. She knew her old friend despised killing, but those traitors were nothing but animals for turning like that and Manya would treat them as such.

Illa shook her head in bewilderment, did Manya honestly expect someone of her low ranking to have any idea of Why this happened? Illa shook her head again, more gently this time and drew a breath. "Sessha does not know why they did it, and before you ask: no, Sessha does not Know who got away... You surprise Sessha. Sessha had thought you would wish to know less... painful things..." Illa spoke.

"I have to know Illa. If I can fix this it'll help me forget all about this" she pointed to the faintly glowing brand on her shoulder. It was impossible to hide, some sort of strange magic she didn't care to understand. It shone through anything. "What else is there to know?" Manya would take a seat on the end of the bed, she would like some good news maybe. But what kind of good news could she have?

Illa was a little surprised at the conviction in Manya's voices... She was really... Angry about all this... That was not a particularily good sign. Sitting up straighter Illa shook her head.
"There is little more Sessha can tell you, that you would not dismiss as useless. Sessha will tell you what little Sessha knows. Sessha's findings point to a simple argument between Grand Master Mika and her one time student Eisir as the direct origin to this great Schism. Sessha does not know What the argument was about, But it ended in violence... All throughout the Guardain Corps' holdings the battle broke out, simultaniously. Shall Sessha continue?" Illa asked, coughing a few times.

Manya shook her head; she didn’t really know this Eisir… But she knew that even if she started this whole thing she could finish it. ”… what do you plan on doing now?” she asked, going off on a completely different topic now. She didn’t need to know anything else from Illa, since really stories wouldn’t help her in the slightest, she would find her own facts when she had more time on her hands. This had to be righted.

Illa thought to herself at Manya's question... What was there left for her now? She could try and rebuild the corps, but... "Sessha does not know... You... You plan to hunt these traitors down, don't you?" Illa spoke, her voice raspy.
