Likes: What Rikuto likes and treasures the most is friendship, he would do anything to help his friends even if it means riskin his own life. He also thinks that honesty is important. Besides friendship and the rest, he likes adventure, the view of the new places he travels too.

Personality
Rikuto is a out-going person,he loves to travel meeting new people and making new friends, sometimes he thinks to just stay in the nearest village or town and settel down maybe make his own family,but only a few times.He loves to laugh at a good joke and is most of the time in a cheerfull mood but he also knows when is the time to be serios.

He's smile can easily make a girl blush ( 8D) but he isnt aware of it most of the time,You can say that he doesnt actually know howta flirt,more then he does what his heart wants him to do.

Rikuto doesnt actually like to fight,he only fights if theres a good reason for it.

History
Rikuto is from a small village around the snowy mountains,his parents knew that Riku wanted to travel the world to discover new things,but befor that , they told him to go to a certan school to learn a few more things befor his great jorney , the same school where his parents studied and met (and the same where most of u guys are i guese xD). With that said, they gave him a wepon that had been passed in his family for genetarions and he left in search for this new school.

He got to the school in a few mounths time, his parents didnt had much money but it was ok cause he paid with the money he had earned from the missions he did during his jorney.After a few weeks in the school he already knew most of the people from school.

Description: The bracelet on Riku's wrist turns into a staff , the top of the staff has a sharp piece of a special unbreakble ice that doesnt melt making it posible to also use it as a spear.It also has a scope on its base since the staff is able to shoot ice proyectiles.

Efect:Rikuto aims his staff at the enemy and the staff shoots sharp ice proyectiles.

Range:If thrown, 5 to 10 meters. but can also be placed anywhere
Efect:Rikuto seals a spell on soda cans then throws it to the enemy or places it near them so that
when activated, the can will explode and anythin that touches the soda will
provoke and "ice burn" .

Get rid of Hawk eyes, accuracy is accuracy, not a skill, your ice bullet are good, but your blizzard won't be really effective at rank 2.

Same goes for the soda, at least it can provoc an "ice burn" but it won't freeze them.

Edited. the blizzard will just be mostly used for escaping if the battles gets to intense , so even though its rank 2 it could still work good right? ^^"
