Suggestion: to create a forum section specifically for OOC topics of various RP threads for each RP (NegiRP and CoERP).

Would be also better than just opening a thread and waiting for people to post - having an ooc thread made prior to opening the rp would be better for recruiting people and rousing interest.

Nope ^^ Occ can be incoporated in the thread. It's just for the very long topic with a lot of people in we make another topic for the OCC because there is too much of it in the end.

I guess OOC could also be left to PM'ing the people involved or even talking about it in chat...

Yep, but when you have more than one other person you would need to PM each. You need to get on the chat at the same moment of everyone if you want to say them something.

OCC don't pose a real problem no?

The Misc Section for CoE is honestly for that kind of stuff, but everyone knows who's in the mission beforehand, so no one makes them threads.
