Personality
Kyoisshi is a freeloader, and a cheapskate. He's slimy and dirty, and money grubbing. He loves children. Absolutely adores them. Because they're so easy to trick them out of all their money. He is also sex hungry and will do anything for money. Don't get in his way, or there'll be hell to pay.

History
Kyoisshi loved to be a kid. He loved being free. But when it was time for him to go out into the world on his own, he choked. he couldn't do it. Now Kyoisshi is a boy who will do anything for money. Anything! He takes thing only that profit him. He went to jail once, and when he found out that prison is a lot worse, especially the men's prison, he developed a phobia of prison. He can't even think of prison without him going crazy. He will do anything it takes to get what he wants, as well.

I agree with Umi (it's rare, so I'll remember this ) His skill look more like magic than ki.

Kyoisshi's power is more of a mind-related thing, than magic.

Magic IS mind-related, telekinesis, Telepathy and Mind-based powers are magic-related, Ki is a much more introverted power:
