Physical Description:

Babs comes from a unusual clan of demons, rabbits. They have an ability to physically morph their bodies between that of a rabbit and human, although not always getting the acquired effect. in most circumstances their attempts are cut short, while changing into their human form they retain some of the animal qualities such as their large floopy ears and small scruffy tails. 

Babs as a rabbit has grey hair, average length ears and has black eyes. In her not so perfect human form Babs acquires large ears, fluffy small scruffy tail and grey colour hair as she had previously as a rabbit.

Personality Some words like Hyper active, a little bit over bearing and possibly just wacko. Babs could have symptoms similar to ADHD but put to the extreme, she can be impulsive, insanely hyper, impatient and can get easily distracted. Although Babs is strong-willed, slightly crazy and free-spirited, often with a blatant disregard for rules. Amazingly babs can be quite an altruist, as she is quick to defend other people  and take action if her friends are harmed; she also holds the belief that no matter what a person is like, they should never be prejudiced or exterminated simply because of who they are.

Bearer of some crazy mood swings, Babs can show some extreme motions in a click from her usual bouncy and fun loving demanor to overkill crazy gun nut if the situation calls for it or either showing mad cases of empathy whenever she overhears what she considers a touching story or moment, she can break down and cry uncontrollably.

History
Babs is from a clan of oddly demons that may resemble those cute and fluffy bunneys but that's were the resemblance stops as these bunnies are packing and the only way ur getting out is in a body bag. These little fluffballs are not to be underestimated as they can be fierce and mecyless warriors and are rather feared by their enemies. This clan is somewat known but are mostly teeritoral beings that protect there Borders from intruders. Babs grew up learning her clans ways while also weapons and combat to protect herself and guard the boarders of their land however she is rather too curious for her own good which leads her to goo beyond the safety of her home. Babs has a family of 12 brothers and sister who are absolutely more different from her, she would be considered the black rabbit in the family, simply different however still loved.

Gunners are people who fight with a variety of guns and bullets all change and all depending on the situation. The more guns and bullets you have, the more stronger and chance of surviving through situations increase more and more. They have great range, speed, power and agility. They can fight up close and far away with little difficulty.

Gunners don't have much weaknesses, however they are the most expensive class. If you lose all your guns or run out of bullets, your ability will be dramatically decreased. Training your own body instead of just your gun skills has to be done in order for you to fight efficiently.

Enhanced Hearing: Babs's large ridiculous ears are not just for show however provide her amazing hearing, almost a second sight as they give her an ability similar to radar to find and locate wat she desires. 

Enhanced sense of smell: due to her animalistic qualities when being a rabbit demon babs is granted a enhanced sense of smell which she can use to track and sniff out monsters or people.

Form changing: Like everyone from her clan Babs can shift from her orginal rabbit form to her human form.

Srry but given your inteligence the maximum technique you can have at your current level is rank 6

Even if you are using ki (instead of magic) you should probably ask for the pre-requisite stats/ total SP neccessary in the history section pertaining to the grading of ki-based techniques. K?

That attack would require some high Endurance, Accuracy & Intelligence for it to be Rank 8 on a Ki user.
