Skills & Discs

Countering Blow: William has learned, studied and practiced how to counter a lot of different physical moves for all types of different fighting styles. He had practiced for weeks perfecting his combat abilities.

Ki and Magic Entwined: William now has equal skill with using both magic and ki, though he can still only use one at a time, unless a skill or technique states otherwise.

Red Blaze into...

Red Blaze Five Pillars - (8)
Type: Offensive
Range: 50 meters
Incantation: Omne Flammans Flamma Purgatus, Domine Extinctionis et Signum Regenerationis, in Mea Manu Ens Inimicum Edat! Flagrantia Rubicans Quinculmen!
Effect: A medium-levelled fire blast that incinerates things in its path. It's got a more narrow blast than Flamethrower, therefore making it more powerful with less spread. Now that it's improved, the narrow blast can split into five different lesser versions that deal the same damage as just one big one, allowing a more spread range of damage.

Inferno Twist into...

Inferno Twist - (6)
Type: Defensive
Range: 3 meter radius
Incantation: Aestuo incendia wrap inter meus hostilis quondam penetro enchanted area!
Effect: A medium-levelled fire area of effect spell that involves the user placing his hand on the ground causing a pillar of twisting flames to trap or injure anyone in its space. They can control whether the flames can get narrower to close into the opponent or just simply trap them. It's automatically activated once someone steps on it, or through the user forcing the spell to activate.

Fiery Captor into...

Fiery Captor - (8)
Type: Offensive/Buffing
Range: 70 meters
Incantation: Ex Somno Exsistat Exurens Salamandra Inimicum Involvat Igne! Captus Flammeus!
Effect: Possibly used to strangle the enemy like a rope but instead using flames. William swings the fire around to trap and restrain the enemy in a burning whip of fire. Because of the rank, it's fairly durable. It's now able to restrain objects that don't have a physical body, eg. ghosts, spirits, non-solid bodies like flames and water. However, it can be broken out of just the same.

Lightning Roar - (6)
Type: Offensive
Range: 10 meters
Incantation: N/A
Effect: William controls his ki to his lightning gauntlets and arms, causing the electricity surge from the gauntlets to explode. When William throws the electrical surge, it takes the form of a lightning dragon head. The electricity has a chance of paralysis for 3 turns.

Lightning Fury - (8)
Type: Offensive
Range: Arm Length
Incantation: N/A
Effect: William controls his ki to his lightning gauntlets and arms, however has most of the ki go to his arms giving him more of an impact when he punches something instead of an electrical shock. Unlike other electric spells, this one just shocks the enemy and doesn't have any paralysis occur. Either way, he strikes the enemy a total of twenty times and then delivers a final punch having all the electricity from the gauntlets burst out in a twin punch strike.

Diamond Fist - (8)
Type: Offensive
Range: Arm Length
Incantation: N/A
Effect: William hardens his arm with ki by surging it at massive amounts, causing a high power punch that would break bones if hit. It's made for breaking barriers as well as armour. It was brought down in numerous fighting styles with different variants, but William only knows this one.

Blazing Heat In The Sky - (8)
Type: Offensive
Range: 50 meters
Incantation: Τὸ συμβόλαιον διακονῆτω μοί, ο τύραννε φλογός! Ἐπιγενηθήτω, φλόξ καθάρσεως, ῥομφαία φλογίνη! Ῥευσάντων πῦρ καί θεῖον, ἇ ἐπέφλεγον Σόδομα, ἁμαρτωλούς, εἰς χοῦν θανάτου! Οὐρανία Φλόγωσις!
Effect: The spell has a long verse and during the incantation, magical energy is charged. Once the incantation is finished, a massive area-affect firestorm that causes extremely high-temperature flames to engulf and incinerate the targeted area is unleashed. Even when Negi had set his magical barrier to their strongest, he still received damage from the blaze.

However at William's level, the heat only scorches people with barriers under rank 8 and the damage gets lesser and lesser depending on their barrier. Of course, his power output of the spell isn't nearly as strong as Chao's and can't incinerate any living thing (other than maybe trees). It's more or less a stepping stone to make the spell more and more powerful.

Smokescreen - (5)
Type: Supportive
Range: 20 meters
Incantation: O smoke redimio meus hostilis quod clausus suum visum! Smoke Clausus!
Effect: William creates smoke from his hands which can be used as a distraction or fog to blind the enemies.

Fire Armour - (6)
Type: Supportive
Range: Around self
Incantation: O flamma of abyssus , flamma of Olympus redimio meus telum neco! Redimio meus somes protego! Sino mihi pugno pro meus amicitia quod evinco meus hostilis! Incendia Loricatus!
Effect: William creates fire that surrounds his arms, legs and body. The flames around his body slightly defend him, while the ones around his arms and legs increase his power.

I still dunno about the unmatched part, if it was a direct brutal fight, it's sure, but some people are fighting differently through.

In term of raw power, unmatched, without any doubt, but maybe no if we see this in a duel where you may not be able to use your overwhelming strength.

Im sorry WIll, but can we agree that we CANNOT have weakened versions of High Ancient Spells?? I mean, my water spell would still be ridiculously powerful at this rank, and even though it has a weaker temperature increase, its not the heat of the flames, its the fact it can do an access of several things (barrier-breaker, etc)

No weakened versions, just saying
