It is true though, a true ninja learns all those things, in a few years time.. doesn't mean they truly master them, though.
Besides, they only learned what they would find themselves using the most, no real ninja truly learns all of that.

Please state your level on how good you can use each skill.

I gave all his skills a level as to how proficient he is in them

Basically, if someone else had the same trait (I.E 3) He would compare to them thusly.

If they had two traits in it, his would be higher by one (So weak would be average and such.

While if they had four traits it would be one less (So is strong ones would be average compared to them)..

I even color coded them.

Green is strong
Bold is average
Red is weak

Wait, what...? So in other words, anyone with a trait 3 would be roughly equal to you? That's obviously unfair knowing the variety of different skills you have. Also, there's no trait 4.

I thought you gave out traits to use later. But whatever.

Anyway, I did what you asked. He is good at some stuff, bad at other stuff.

But how good is "strong", "weak" and "average"?

Strong is what he is good at.
Average is just meh
And Weak he just sucks at it.

You obviously don't understand how the system works. A trait is used for one skill, trait and such. Not a whole bunch...

This IS one skill, it is a martial art. THEY TRAIN ALL OF THESE THINGS.
